The Engineering College Commenced from 2007-08 with 4 undergraduate courses.It has experienced faculty and latest lab equipment, library, with a vision to make it as one of the best engineering colleges in Maharashtra. It is spread over an area of 12.45 acres, with pollution free atmosphere and an annual intake of 240 students for 2007-08 & will gradually grow to a total of 2000 students on roll by 2011-2012.
The campus has been developed on an RCC built-up. The students enjoy facilities like spacious class rooms, well equipped laboratories 24 hrs Internet Centre, Cafeteria, Buses, and well stacked Library etc. Lot of importance has been given in appointing the Top class faculty from various parts of the country to develop this institute on par with the IITs.
The society’s tradition of imparting quality education is seen from the systems adopted in the teaching Learning process. The students’ handbooks & lab books lay a lot of emphasis on practical training & developing professional Engineers.

The society is promoting the institution from this academic year, and the proposals are already with the Director General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) Govt. of India and also from Airports Authority of India (AAI). The Students will be enrolled in two areas.
- Commercial Pilot Training (CPL): For this a student has to under go about 200 hrs of flying & also clear his theory papers from the DGCA. The order for Aircrafts is already place for the trainings.
- Aircraft maintenance Engineering (AME): A three year programme, approved by the Director General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) is to meet the growing demand of the Aviation Industry in developing qualified Aircraft Maintenance Engineers.
The Guru Nanak Institute of Aviation will also be maintaining an charter wing looking at the growing demand of the industry & the big industrialists tycoons in the country.
